Winter Shipping

During winter ( November - February) heat packs are required in order to receive a guarantee. If your plant arrives with frost damage or other unacceptable damage we will send a replacement if it is available or issue a refund. Please reach out to us with photos within 24 hours of shipment arrival for our review. We will not offer a replacement or refund for winter damage unless you have purchased a heat pack. If you have multiple plants, please contact us for more information on how many heat packs you will need.
