Do you enjoy plants and people? Do you have a sunny disposition? Are you energetic, flexible, and outgoing? Not afraid of physical work or getting dirty?

Ritters Garden and Gift appreciates enthusiastic people with a good understanding of Northwest plants and gardening. Previous retail experience is preferred and plant knowledge is helpful. Nursery work is seasonal, with some shifts starting early morning and several shifts on weekends. We are especially interested in hearing from horticulture students looking for part-time work while they’re in school. But even if you’re not a student, we want to hear from plant lovers who want to work at ritters.

Current Open Positions:

Garden Center Associate  ~ Full Time & Part Time ~ Weekends
Join our team of outstanding individuals who exemplify great customer service. Candidates must have 2+ years of computer cash register experience, excellent people skills, be detail-oriented, and ability to work independently. Gardening experience a plus. 

Tree and Shrub Sales Associate  ~ Full-Time ~ Weekends
Join our team of outstanding individuals who exemplify great customer service. Candidates must have 2+ years of nursery (trees, evergreens, roses, etc.) experience, excellent people skills, Implement in sale strategies, and ability to work in high heat. Gardening experience a must.

 

Landscape Foreman Full Time ~ Weekend 
Use your customer service skills to deliver customer plants, plant them in yards, or deliver to their front door. Providing them the best service to drive sales and grow our customer base.

Return it with a cover letter detailing your contact information, training, employment history, and outside interests, even if you don’t think they’re relevant to a nursery.
