Refund policy

 

RECEIPT NEEDED FOR ALL RETURNS

Non-plant/Hard good items

There is a 30 day return period for all non-plant hard good items. Item will be refunded using same form of payment used at purchase.

Clearance/sale items are not returnable.

 

Nursery item (trees/shrubs) return policy * IN STORE customers only*

Nursery product may be returned, within a 72 hour period from purchase, if unplanted, in original container, has been cared for and is in saleable condition. for a refund using same form of payment used at purchase. After 72 hours, all purchases are final.  

No cash refunds will be issued on any nursery items purchased and returned for any reason following 72 hours of leaving the store. All sales will be considered final.  

Green Thumb guarantee purchases in 2024 will still be honored. 

Annuals, vegetables, herbs, houseplants, berries, citrus fruit, sale/clearance items are not returnable.

Returns of any plant material waiting to be delivered or picked up will be charged a 20% return fee.

 

Nursery Product Promise

We guarantee that the item you are purchasing is healthy, appropriate for our zone (6a) and true to its description.

We will educate you on the proper plant for the area you choose to put it, to be available to answer questions/concerns regarding your new plant and provide an in home inspection of your purchase should it require in order to help save your plant.

Services

Purchases of Gift cards, tickets for classes and events, memberships, planting, delivery, consultations or custom plantings of any kind are non-refundable.
