Pothos, Green Queen
Scientific Name: Epipremnum aureum 'Green Queen'
Common Name: Pothos, Green Queen
Pothos, known for its versatility and rapid growth, is the perfect plant for beginners (and experienced plant parents!). It can adapt to various conditions and can be trained to climb or left to trail, adding a lively touch to any room. Keep them on a bookshelf for a charming display or hang them in a macrame hanger for a fun and quirky addition! There are loads of different varieties of Pothos, so adding unique varieties to an existing collection is a piece of cake. They grow quickly and are also easy to propagate!
The Green Queen Pothos has rich green heart shaped leaves, and is a great addition to any shelf or hanging basket!
Basic Care Notes: Low to bright indirect light, water when soil is mostly dry. Pothos are very tolerant plants and can handle occasional neglect (although they would prefer not to be neglected, of course). Be careful not to overwater, as they can be susceptible to root root. They would tolerate drying out better than being overwatered. They will thrive in bright, indirect light but can tolerate lower light sometimes. However, if you put your Pothos in too low of light, it can struggle, and if it is a variegated version, it can lose its variegation and revert to a solid green!
