Shipping Policies

During winter (November - February) heat packs are required in order to receive a refund/replacement. Please reach out to us with photos within 24 hours of shipment arrival for our review. If your plant arrives on time and cold damaged, let us know. If the damage was due to delays by the postal carrier, you must make a claim through the postal carrier. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages, unforeseen weather conditions, peak season or package delays by the shipping provider. If the damage is a result of poor packaging or something else please let us know.
