A little bit about the Chef: 

Teague Tatsch has been cooking professionally for ten years, with a particular focus on Sichuan cuisine for the past six. He has served as Chef at Ruins and Hunt, and is currently part of the team at Dos Gordos. Teague’s passion project is his bi-monthly pop up restaurant, The Sichuan Reach. Inspired by the wild world of Jeff Vandermeer’s Southern Reach, he aims to incorporate writing and music into his food, twisting what is authentic into what is authentic for him.
