October 1st @ 1-2pm: Small Fall Peanut Basket (Cost $205)

Description: Join us for some fall fun as we create a fall peanut basket! You will go home with your own custom peanut basket filled with fall color. All supplies included, discount for anyone who brings in their peanut baskets

 

October 1st @ 4-5pm: Bonsai 101 (Cost $15)

Description: Learn the basics of bonsai plants. Kelsi will be going over pruning, watering, fertilizing, uppoting and more. This is great for people who are just beginning or have some questions and want to discuss in a group. receive 15% off your choice of product mentioned in the class.

 

October 1st @ 5-6pm: Houseplant Home Refreshments (Cost $15)

Description: Your houseplants need a little maintenance before going into the winter months. If your plants are outside this is a great class on how to bring them back in and give them the best care going into the colder months! October 2nd @ 3-4pm: Made a Kokedama (Cost $45)

Description: Come make your own kokedama with us! You get to choose your own houseplant to create a kokedama art piece, and instructions on how to take care of it. All supplies included, just bring yourself and friends!

 

October 2nd @ 10-11am: Fall Bulbs (Cost $15) 

Description: Learn everything you need to know about fall bulbs with Michael, and take home your own pack of bulbs for your garden!

 

October 2nd @ 1-2pm: Pruning your Garden for Fall/Winter (Cost $15)

Description: Pruning is a skill that is essential to getting the best growth from your plants, but we know it's tricky! Join Michael in learning everything you need to know, and learn what you need to prune now and what should wait.You will receive 15% off your choice of items talked about in the class.

 

October 5th @ 1-2pm: Make a Kokedoma (Cost $45)

Description: Come make your own kokedama with us! You get to choose your own houseplant to create a kokedama art piece, and instructions on how to take care of it. All supplies included, just bring yourself and friends!

 

October 5th @ 1-2pm: Make a Macrame Pot Holder (Cost $40)

Description: Love plant hangers? Come make your own with Maria! All supplies are included, but you can also bring your own pot.

 

October 5th @10-11am: Staff Favorites & Demo’s (Cost $15)

Description: Come spend an hour with a few staff members as they demonstrate and sample with you some of their favorite products in store. They will be mostly featuring things in the gift store. There will be food, fun, and a great time!

 

October 8th @ 10-11am: Mini Succulent Pumpkin (Cost $45)

Description: Make your own unique fall piece, one that will last much longer than a carved pumpkin. Join Kelsi to get all the tips to make your very own succulent pumpkin that makes beautiful fall decor inside your home! All supplies included, just bring yourself or friends!

Description: Make your own terrarium with Annette that will be perfect for halloween! You will be able to take home your own living, spooky terrarium that will be perfect for Halloween! All supplies included, just bring yourself and friends!

 

October 9th @ 10-11am: Disease & Pest Control (Cost $15)

Description: The pests are not gone yet with winter coming we want to make sure that you have your garden protected and looking beautiful for the fall. We will go over multiple ways that you can use some different pesticides in your garden. Get your own free sprayer.

 

October 9th @ 3-4pm: Designing Gardens for Beauty/Color in Winter (Cost $15)

Description: Fall is like a second spring and there is so much you can add for color now and in the winter months. Just because it is getting cold doesn't mean you can't look out your window and see beauty. Michael has some great examples and ideas for any garden addition.

Description: Learn from Dalton and Kelsi on how to make a delicious cocktail and dinner with some herbs from the garden, and sample everything made. All supplies included.

Description: This class is perfect for any parent who would love to have a garden while also making sure it works with your babies. Learn which plants to avoid and which to embrace, as well as other tips and tricks to give you an ease of mind when gardening. Description: Want to get some fruit this winter with your citrus? Kelsi will go over some different ways and things to get the most out of your plants. She will talk about soil, up-potting, and dive into different growing techniques.

 

October 23rd @ 1-2pm: How to Handle per-madonna in the garden (Cost $15)

Description: Some plants need a little more love than anything else like dogwoods, Japanese maples, hydrangeas and roses to name a few. Michael will be going over different things to do with them to make them year round showstoppers!!

October 29th @ 10-11am: New Home Buyer/New to the Area (Cost $15)

Description: Purchase a new house and don't know how to manage or deal with the landscape. This is the class to learn about multiple different areas or Spokane, different climates. soils and so much more. This will be a deep dive into caring for an existing landscape and how to exchange or change what you don't like.

 

October 29th @ 3-4pm: New to Spokane Plants (Cost $15)

Description: New to Spokane? Not sure what plants work here, but want to garden? This class is for you! Join Michael and learn everything you need to get started to make a breathtaking garden, and receive 15% off your choice of item talked about in the class.

 

October 30th @ 1-3pm: Thanksgiving/Christmas Blocks (Cost $60)

October 30th @ 1-2pm: Microclimates in your Garden (Cost $15)

Description: Many people think of yards as one whole micro climate, but in reality, there are many, many micro climates within your garden. Learning where these are in your yard can help you make your garden better than ever before. Join Michael in learning how to easily identify these, and what they mean. October 30th @ 2-3pm: Petable Landscape (Cost $15)

Description: If you are anything like me I love to touch plants especially fuzzy ones but sometimes they are not meant for that so join Kelsi as she explores some fun varieties of very touchable plants to add to any landscape. This class will go over  perennials, annuals, trees, and shrubs that bring texture and touchably to life!
