RECEIPT NEEDED FOR ALL RETURNS

 

 

Non-plant/Hard good items

There is a 30 day return period for all non-plant hard good items. Item will be refunded using same form of payment used at purchase.

Clearance/sale items are not returnable.

 

Nursery item (trees/shrubs) return policy

Nursery product may be returned, within a 24 hour period from purchase, for a refund using same form of payment used at purchase. Item must be in salable condition.

No cash refunds will be issued on any nursery items purchased and returned for any reason following 24 hours of leaving the store. A credit memo, for use within one year of issuance, will be issued as long as the returned plant is in salable condition.

Returns of any plant material waiting to be delivered or picked up will be charged a 20% return fee.

 

Nursery Product Promise

We guarantee that the item you are purchasing is healthy, appropriate for our zone (6a) and true to its description.

We will educate you on the proper plant for the area you choose to put it, to be available to answer questions/concerns regarding your new plant and provide an in home inspection of your purchase should it require in order to help save your plant.

 

Nursery Tree/Shrub/Roses Failure to Thrive 90 Day Replacement

If your tree, shrub or rose should die in your landscape within 90 days of purchase, return it and we will replace it with the same plant/size if available. If there is no replacement plant available, we will issue a credit memo for the original purchase price, good for 1 year, to be used only on nursery product. All replacement plants or plant purchases made with a credit memo will not be replaced.

 

Garden Rewards Members Extended Warranty

Purchase soil amendment and Root & Grow together with your full price tree or shrub (must be on the same receipt) and you will have one year from time of purchase to return that plant should it die in your landscape. A credit memo, good for 1 year, for the purchase price will be issued to use on nursery product only. All plant purchases made with a credit memo will not be replaced.

**Excluded from the 90 day/1 year Failure to thrive are items potted in above ground pottery/containers. Rosebushes are not eligible for extended warranty.

 

Services

Purchases of Gift cards, classes, memberships, planting, delivery, consultations or custom plantings of any kind are non-refundable.

 

Annuals, vegetables, herbs, houseplants, perennials, berries, citrus fruit, sale/clearance items are not returnable.
