VIBURNUMS FOR ALL SEASONS
Viburnum shrubs are so varied in size, shape, leaf texture and flowering seasons that every garden deserves several.
You can count on Viburnums for beautiful flowers and handsome leaves. Many also send delicious fragrance into the
garden and quite a few produce colorful fruit for fall and winter.
EARLY SPRING BLOOMERS
- Dawn Viburnum (bodnantense): This shrub begins flowering in late winter. Dainty pink tubular flowers arranged
in clusters cover the bare branches. Dawn disseminates the scent of clover. These flowers bloom through April. Grows
up to eight feet.
MID SPRING BLOOMERS
- Burkwoodi Viburnum: The fragrance of the white spring flowers of the Burkwoodi Viburnum are outstanding. The
tall semi evergreen shrub has shiny leaves and is less sensitive to wind and cold.

buds open to sweetly scented rounded white heads in spring.
- Doublefile Viburnum: (Plicatum f. Tomentoseum): This viburnum is elegant in form and is breath taking in bloom.
Doublefile is the queen of the tribe with it's outstanding branches that sweep wide and it's white lace cap flowers hover

FALL BLOOMERS
- European Cranberry Viburnum (Opulus Compactum): This viburnum is a tough and very reliable gorgeous shrub with
