In The Greenhouse Come into the greenhouse and browse thru our perennial collection. We feature over 250 or so common and uncommon varieties to suit just about anyone's unique yard. New varieties to our collection is the Echinacea plant - prized for their large brightly colored daisy like flower, nicknamed coneflower or king of the daisies. A mainstay in today's landscape, they range in colors of soft yellows to oranges, peach and fuchsia pinks. With their eye catching blossoms, they are pleasantly surprisingly easy to grow. The 2008 Perennial Plant of the Year is Walker's Low Nepeta. A medium sized perennial grows to about 30 inches tall with wonderful gray-green foliage on long arching stems. The blooms are lavender blue or spikes and continue to produce most of the summer. There are other new varieties to see and feel when you come in.
